Online-Only Refund Policy
Please be aware, the following return and refund rules apply exclusively to purchases made online. The in-store return policy differs, so please inquire in-store or check your receipt if you bought your items in person.

Returns
If you're not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we accept returns within 28 days. Beyond this period, unfortunately, we can't provide refunds. Returns aren't accepted for personalized or perishable items, such as inflated balloons.

Refunds
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Some items may be returned in-store - contact us at info@partytings.co.uk before travelling to verify. Before sending back any items please contact us at info@partytings.co.uk for a returns reference.

Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Once we've processed your return, we'll let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days, with a credit applied to your original payment method.

Exchanges
We're currently unable to offer exchanges by post. In-store exchanges may be possible for certain items, so contact us at info@partytings.co.uk before visiting. If an item is defective or damaged, exceptions may be made. Reach out to us at info@partytings.co.uk

Late Delivery
If your delivery hasn't been attempted on your chosen day due to reasons not related to weather, strikes, blockades, or natural disasters, we'll refund your delivery charge. Refunds for late delivery are only available for named day deliveries.

Damaged or Missing Items
If an item is missing or damaged upon arrival, we'll replace it or refund you for the affected item. This doesn't extend to the whole order. Please report missing or damaged items within 7 days at info@partytings.co.uk.
